Sweet potato scones have been a regular product of Katie’s Kitchen this past month. The sweet potato and the pumpkin scones are moist and flavourful – you don’t need to butter them, but they are very tasty served warm with butter! Perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.
For those who like to look cute in the kitchen Carolyn’s Kitchen sells retro-style aprons, you can evern purchase matching gloves! So ladylike.
In June/July I will be in the USA eating my way through every cupcake shop I find, can’t wait!
